Campsite Rules :

Campfire Safety : Campfires are allowed with the use of proper fire pit. Don't light up the campfire directly on the ground and follow all fire safety guidelines. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site or going to sleep.

Quiet Hours : Respect quiet hours from 11pm - 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all campers.

Litter and Waste : Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow “Leave No Trace” principles. Keep the campsite clean and free of litter.

Pets : Pets are NOT allowed

Alcohol and Smoking : No alcohol, smoking at designated area.

Respect Nature : Treat the natural surroundings with care and respect. Do not damage or disturb wildlife, plants, or natural features.

Guests : Ensure that all guests visiting your campsite adhere to campsite rules and policies.

Safety : Campers are fully responsible for their own safety and those under their care. Follow safety guidelines provided by the campsite owner or operator. Be prepared for emergencies and have necessary safety equipment on hand.

Hotel Swimming Pool : Free access to all campers. Operation hour is from 7am - 7pm. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Protect your skin by applying waterproof sunscreen. For sensitive skin, apply ointment or baby oil to avoid skin irritation. Ensure to adhere to safety guidelines.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

Full Refund (100%) : If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 15% Booktapak fee.

Partial Refund (50%) : Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a 15% Booktapak fee.

No Refund (0%) : Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Rescheduling Policy :
Notice must be made more than 7 days before check-in date
Validity - new date must be within 1 month from the current check-in date

For change of lot : Please cancel the earlier booking and make a new booking for the desired lot, subject to availability. Cancellation policy applies.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but our refund policy allows us to maintain our campground efficiently. The 15% BOOKTAPAK fee on refunds covers administrative costs.If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. You can manage your booking through your BOOKTAPAK account or contact our support team for assistance. We will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
